We are very careful in ensuring that any fraudulent transactions will not occur and will report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authority. We will not sell or share your address details with any third parties. We only use the information you provide us with to inform you about our services. 

We may use methods to track the usage patterns on our website. It may be that your web browser will not allow this method of tracking. You have the right to refuse this option. These methods would not contain any personal information about you. However we may like to contact you in the future by email with newsletters or new products information. 

Website Content and Accuracy

We will endeavour to be as specific as possible with our content and descriptions of all items and information. However sizes, weights and dimensions may vary and are approximate only. We will do our best to make sure that we are as accurate as we can be with the pricing of all items displayed on our website. Packaging and gift wrapping may vary slightly and this may be due to suppliers availability of stock.

In order to show greater detail, our product images are able to be enlarged before selecting your choice of product. We would like to advise that we take every care to ensure the colours of images displayed will be as accurate as possible, however the colours may vary depending on the monitor that you are viewing. We use lots of descriptive words for colour in out text. Where the word 'gold' is used it means the colour of the item and not that the item is in fact, made of gold. 

We stock a number of items which are exclusive or 'one of a kind'. Naturally these have to be sold strictly on a first come, first served basis and we apologise for any disappointment caused if we are unable to repeat a desired piece. Some of our items may be limited editions. This refers to the fact that limited numbers will be made or some items only made to order.
