We want you to be happy with your order. We carefully check all items for quality before packaging them securely to arrive to you in good condition. If however you are not satisfied with your order or the service you receive please contact us here within seven working days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help rectify the situation. We will refund or replace goods if they are returned in their original packaging intact and unused and efforts made to seal the packaged item securely when returned within seven days. We are unable to refund or exchange any intimate items of jewellery such as earrings for pierced ears and body piercing jewellery in the interest of health and hygiene. After seven days, repairs and exchanges will be at our discretion. If you wish to return an item, we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items which are missing in transit. On our receipt of returned goods and following a satisfactory inspection of their condition we will be happy to refund or exchange the items to the value of the purchase.
